1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using FlowBudget ("the App"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. FlowBudget is developed by Riccardo Nestola — support@getflowbudget.com.
2. Description of Service
FlowBudget is an iOS app for personal financial management. It lets you track transactions, manage multiple accounts with 58 currencies, create recurring entries, view statistics, attach receipts, use widgets and Siri, and export CSV data (Pro).
3. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, decompile, or resell the App.
4. Free Plan and Pro Plan
FlowBudget is available for free. The Pro plan adds features via Apple in-app purchase:
- Monthly subscription — renews each month
- Annual subscription — renews each year
- Lifetime purchase — one-time payment
All payments are managed by Apple. We do not have access to your payment data.
5. Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically. To cancel: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → FlowBudget. Cancellation must occur at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
6. Refunds
Payments are subject to Apple's refund policy. To request a refund: reportaproblem.apple.com.
7. Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify prices. Changes will take effect at the next billing cycle with prior notice.
8. Data Responsibility
All data is saved locally. You are solely responsible for backups. We recommend periodic CSV exports and, with Pro, iCloud Sync and JSON backup. We are not responsible for data loss.
9. Accuracy of Financial Information
The App does not provide professional financial advice. Exchange rates are indicative. The App is not a substitute for professional accounting software.
10. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss, financial losses, indirect damages, or decisions made based on data from the App.
11. Device Requirements
- iOS/iPadOS 26.0 or later
- iPhone and iPad
- Internet connection optional (exchange rates and iCloud Sync only)
12. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved to Riccardo Nestola.
13. Changes to Terms
Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Italian law.
